i like this poem that daniel think of...


here, nothing but a drop of tear
my heart they all wanted to peer
but all they saw were thick facade
of years of make up i slowly laid
my story they all tried to read
but nowhere they ended in my lead
guess i never wanted anyone to see
all that i had contained within me...
there, i'm slowly letting it all go
this burden in my heart's gonna blow
no point hanging on the past
nothing of calibre ever seems to last
i'm just gonna let my eyes close
feel the empty air through my nose
let the memories slowly fade away
and to rest this corrupted soul i lay...
